Can I manage applications and screen tenants?
Yes. Review applications in Lavida and request available screening checks with the required applicant notices and authorizations. You remain responsible for the rental decision.
How does rent collection work?
For an eligible Canadian lease, renters can authorize pre-authorized debit. Optional card payments may also be available. Payment status and receipts are shown in the Platform; fees and timing depend on the method and provider.
